Dear colleagues, the registration for the ICQC 2023 conference will be re-opened in December 2022. You will have the opportunity to create your account and explore options for registration as well as additional services. After completing the registration, you may also apply for the Invited Short Talk.

If you have an interesting “hot topic” research to present we will be happy to hear about it during the congress!
