Dear colleagues, the registration for the ICQC 2023 conference is re-opened now. You have the opportunity to create your account and explore options for registration as well as additional services. After completing the registration, you may also apply for an invitation to deliver  your contribution  as an oral presentation. If you have an interesting “hot topic” research to present, we will be happy to hear about it during the congress!
